autovacuum_naptime
Every autovacuum_naptime (default 1 min) the launcher wakes and considers one database, so with N databases a given database is visited about every N × naptime. That visit is when trigger formulas are evaluated, which makes naptime the floor on any cadence you can configure: a threshold sized to fire every 10 seconds still fires at most once per visit.
Cluster-wide GUC, not a per-table reloption. Lowering it below the default is rarely the bottleneck; worker count is.
